Since it changed ownership it’s very difficult to get through to to the service desk some days, not as organized as it was under Becker. Grateful some of the same service people are there as they are gre through to to the service desk some days, not as organized as it was under Becker. Grateful some of the same service people are there as they are great to work with and make it right. Just not sure how I’ll rate it when there is an issue and that is the ultimate test of a dealership. Owning up to their mistakes. The sales rep we worked initially John Lidgerwood is now gone and he literally came over and always remembered me while I waited for my car to be serviced at times. Not the pushy type of sales person that makes you want to walk off . More

The oil change was handled in a satisfactory way and the employees were all nice. It was great seeing Cheyenne again. as he always helped us in the service dept. before moving across the street. We were happy to see that we didn't lose our warranty forever on our 2017 Envision as we love that vehicle. More

The directions to the service center were not clear. Its not at the Becker Lot listed on the internet. A customer gave us instructions as there was no one there and door was locked. When I picked up the Its not at the Becker Lot listed on the internet. A customer gave us instructions as there was no one there and door was locked. When I picked up the car, I was told everything was fine. They said everything was great and found nothing wrong except they couldn't fix the air pressure signal on the computer end of it. They said that was no big deal. Front Desk and Tech were both super polite. I feel the price was a real value if they actually did anything. I didn't get any paperwork so I don't know what they did. They said they looked the car over and found nothing but the tire pressure thing and they changed the oil. I am assuming from that, the car has no issues. More
