We have always had such phenomenal experiences at this location. This past experience was a little different. I know the facility was busy, but our car was there for three days with little to no communica location. This past experience was a little different. I know the facility was busy, but our car was there for three days with little to no communication. We got a detail as well for the interior of our vehicle, and one of, the buttons on the console was missing afterwards. We also got a call that the tire lock tool was missing, which has only ever been used by your mechanics. That gave us an indication that it was lost a few months ago when it was used for the same thing. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind and everyone we dealt with was great, it just was a very different experience this time. More

I took my truck in for an oil change and was told it'd be about 1.5 hours. 5 hours later it was finally ready..... I use my truck during the day for work so this was a big inconvenience. I called to check on the status at 1230 and was told theyd been slammed all day and hadn't been able to get to it yet (if this was the case I work litteraly 2 min away and would have brought it when they were ready), this was not the case though it just got put to the back of the line dispite having an 830 appointment. When I walked back to pick it up I was told the service tech (Lance) marked it as a "drop off" so it just sat there all day. No compensation/discount or as much as a coupon were offered but said they'd make a note next time, and sorry... If it wasn't for the warranty for life I have through them I would not be taking my truck back here. Very disappointing as I've always loved this dealership. 😞 More
