I made an appointment for my vehicles’ oil change and tire rotation at 8:30am. The vehicle was dropped off at 8:15am. By 1pm I was told that service had not been initiated yet. I asked for my vehicle and was then assured that it would be done in 30 minutes. I was very disappointed in the lack of accountability and communication throughout my appointment.
