We have had a hard time with communication from the service center. We had to call on our own to ask when our car was ready and it was already done, we just hadn’t received a call. If we hadn’t called to check we would still be waiting on the car. The staff is friendly and nice but we would appreciate more prompt communication. This also happened with hearing back from the warranty for an issue with our car. We waited over a month to get our shifter fixed on a car we purchased only a few weeks before having the issue. My father in law came in and talked to someone he has worked with (not who was helping us) and we received a call the next day that we could finally get it fixed. We would appreciate better communication and timeliness. We do appreciate the friendly faces of the staff and love our car, just feel we could have received prompter service elsewhere. More

It's the closest dealer for me to use. I wish they would have asked me (as I forgot) or looked up themselves about my reward points as it would have saved me money on my oil change.
