Came in 5 months ago. Had amazing service. Came in yesterday had horrible service. Appointment was at 9am. They said one hour to hour and a half. At 1045 I went and asked Had amazing service. Go sit in the lobby we will come get you. at 11 he comes out and says he made a mistake it wasn’t my car they hadn’t even started on my car yet. Finally at 1145.
