I was quoted $100 deductible for the work done on my Buick. Hailey provided wonderful customer service. She was great! When I picked my car up, I was charged almost $300. Lance was great this morning, and worked on getting this corrected for me. Thank you Lance. When I paid, I asked the girls at the desk if I could keep a pen. It was nostalgic from Becker Buick, my husband grew up with the former owner of the dealership. They had a fit. I understand people stealing pens, but I asked. Such a big deal was made.
