We have always had such phenomenal experiences at this location. This past experience was a little different. I know the facility was busy, but our car was there for three days with little to no communica location. This past experience was a little different. I know the facility was busy, but our car was there for three days with little to no communication. We got a detail as well for the interior of our vehicle, and one of, the buttons on the console was missing afterwards. We also got a call that the tire lock tool was missing, which has only ever been used by your mechanics. That gave us an indication that it was lost a few months ago when it was used for the same thing. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind and everyone we dealt with was great, it just was a very different experience this time. More

Felt taken advantage of and bad service. There is a lot I could say but I’ll keep it to my biggest complaint. I bought a pre-owned vehicle they didn’t wash and gave to me almost on empty and There is a lot I could say but I’ll keep it to my biggest complaint. I bought a pre-owned vehicle they didn’t wash and gave to me almost on empty and suggested I research when the last time the oil was changed. I asked for it to be washed and filled with gas. I was told they don’t put gas in used vehicles. I guess spending over $20k on a vehicle doesn’t qualify for leaving the lot on a full tank. After my sales person spoke to the manager they got it cleaned and put $25 worth of gas. Almost a half a tank. Awfully petty and bad service. Then I was assured the vehicle was serviced when it came in and wasn’t drove much so 6,000 miles from now should be good except that my warranty is void if the oil isn’t changed on time. A simple sticker in the window would have been nice. But instead I have to keep track. I have so many negative feelings about my experience and I wish I would have left and gone somewhere else. Huge buyers remorse and will not go back to this dealership. More
