I am traveling across country from Alaska and stopped here in Spokane to have my vehicle checked over with an oil change and tire rotation. The Service Department folks are awesome. I made an appointment for my vehicles’ oil change and tire rotation at 8:30am. The vehicle was dropped off at 8:15am. By 1pm I was told that service had not been initiated yet. This is horribly unaccepta tire rotation at 8:30am. The vehicle was dropped off at 8:15am. By 1pm I was told that service had not been initiated yet. This is horribly unacceptable. I asked for my vehicle and was then assured that it would be done in 30 minutes. I was very disappointed in the lack of accountability and communication throughout my appointment. I received my car at 1:45 that day and will not return to this dealership for future business. More
