The staff was friendly when I dropped my truck off. Communication was good, Repairs work was quick. I was contacted forty five minutes before My truck was ready for pick up. check out was ok, several P Communication was good, Repairs work was quick. When i was contacted for pick up the caller did not have the cost total for me, he did call back15 minutes later. No one really acknowledged me when I walked in for several minutes and the mechanic left greasy fingerprints on my front fender and the door handle. I was surprised my truck wasn't cleaned. More

This was a great experience at Riverfront Park GMC I do not write reviews but I am compelled to do so now. here’s the reI went to a Competitor GMC store due to a larger inventory on the lot the salesperso not write reviews but I am compelled to do so now. here’s the reI went to a Competitor GMC store due to a larger inventory on the lot the salesperson who addressed us was hard to understand didn’t answer our questions left us on the lot to attend other customers I needed to purchase a couple of cars All I can say is unbelievable! After 15 min he was no where to be seen We left and went to riverfront park gmc So this is HOW we found DIEGO AT RIVERFRONT PARK GMC Very professional young man dressed like a salesman, courteous kind hard working respectful of the customers space.
