Difficult to make an appointment. Left several messages before actually getting one. I asked for the car to have an oil change and diagnostics on a sound upon starting. The oil change was done, and diagnostics seemed to indicate a Timing chain replacement was necessary. Was told that they would have an estimate for that service call to me within the next couple of days. Upon leaving the service bay, and driving back to Grand Coulee, several indicator alert lights came on. They had not been on when I brought the car in for service. I called, because it was alarming to me. Did not get reassurance that that would be a normal thing. The following week, after waiting 5 Days, I stopped in at the service center and asked to speak to the service manager. I told him that I felt that The level of customer service had dropped from what it used to be. My husband and I had used Becker Buick for 30 years. I also told him that I had never received a call back regarding the timing chain replacement. He found the service advisor who had taken care of me the week before and got the estimate. I was Godsmack that it was $2300! I have found a GM dealer in Wenatchee Who gave me an estimate of $800 less! I am a widow on a budget, and Feel as though I was being taken advantage of. More
The right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing. My car was sitting outside done for an hour before they ever called me that it was ready. We’re in the market for a new car and we thought about coming to this location but now with the experience and the service going downhill I don’t believe we will be. Not to mention, a lady who worked there was rude when my child went to use the restroom by himself. I only gave 3/5 and the reason you even got a 3 was because the gentleman working at the parts desk was so sweet to my children. More
