Dealership is wonderful. That being said I came in for a simple repair that was taken care of very professionally. I feel that the charge was excessive but you probably work on a one hour minimum charge so it is what it is. What bothers me is since I was there anyway I asked to have the DEF fluid topped off. That was done satisfactorily. However it only required one quart and I was charged $17.00 labor and if that took more than 5 minutes to accomplish there is a real problem at the dealership. I was in sales for over 40 years in my working career. I learned that the quickest way to lose a loyal customer is to make him feel as though he has been gouged by over charging. That is how I feel. I will look elsewhere for my next vehicle. Thank you for your previous excellent service and taking care of me like I was valued. Sad that our relationship had to take this unfortunate path. They did fine I just hate that it’s now owed by someone from California and not a local. I’ve been a loyal customer when it was Becker. I feel skeptical now.
