Road trip After a week of trying to buy a new GMC truck was unsuccessful in Buffalo, my wife located the truck I wanted at Joyce Buick GMC in Mansfield. Lucky After a week of trying to buy a new GMC truck was unsuccessful in Buffalo, my wife located the truck I wanted at Joyce Buick GMC in Mansfield. Lucky for me that Pat Hartnett answered the phone when I called. He made the whole puchase easier than if I had bought the truck locally. Most of the transaction was handled either by phone or email. We were greeted by Pat the minute we walked through the door and were immediately impressed. He spent all the time we needed going over the features of the truck, his knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding.
