Lisa and David never wavered they kept their eyes on the ball including shuttling us to and from the dealership, amazing and so courteous. Lisa's courteous and patient resoposes were indicative of their flexibility calculating all possible alternatives. Jim's final review of the vehicle and its operations was a true test of his knowledge of the vehical' workings. The responses were consistently 'spot on'. There was a single instance, where he sought and quickly received technical help with a device's interfacing with the vehicle. This has been a repeat experience with this dealer and its personel and it will continue to bring me back in the future. More
