He offered to drive the new car to me so that I could test drive it, seeing as how I no longer had a working car. Mr. Joyce himself took time from his busy day to drive to a garage to appraise my vehicle, The following day I decided I was ready to purchase my new but used Lacrosse. Dave was off that day and then Eric jumped in and helped me through the process. He made sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle, went over all options and helped me through the negotiation. They were very fair with my trade and even took care of towing it. Lisa was the icing on the cake! She talked me through all my options and helped create a deal that was specific to my needs. I never felt pressure or taken advantage of! A week later I still feel the same. I don't usually fill out reviews, but this experience deserves it. I purchased my first vehicle when I was 17 from Joyce, and this was my second amazing experience!
