Outstanding used car experience from a Skeptic After driving an 09 Honda Pilot for 8 years, it was time to find a good "lightly used" 2015 Pilot the one I had sold. After well over a month of searc After driving an 09 Honda Pilot for 8 years, it was time to find a good "lightly used" 2015 Pilot the one I had sold. After well over a month of searching the web, visiting Honda and other dealer car lots, the car of my dream would show up at, of all places, at a Buick/GMC dealer. Go figure. Since I was willing to drive several hundred miles for the right car with the right mileage, traveling from near the Akron/Canton Airport to Mansfield was a piece of cake. When I arrived on short notice, I met a used car representative, Stacy Cogar, who had the Pilot washed and ready for me to inspect and take it for a drive. She was very pleasant, not pushy. And while she even went to mgm't to see if they would take less, it was hard to complain about the price of this Pilot, it really was the lowest price of any Pilot at this trim level I had seen. After a lunch time visit and agreement to buy the car I went back to Akron and planned to return later in the day to pick up the new car. When I returned, the Finance guy was excellent and also not pushy, the car was cleaned further and shined as though it had been buffed, and I was on my way. I went from having never heard of this dealership to being willing to recommend anyone consider visiting if they have a car you're interested in. And if you're looking for a used car, ask to talk with Stacy. More

Awesome experience I was in desperate need of a new vehicle. We had been looking for over a week for something. We had been looking online and then driving out to the de I was in desperate need of a new vehicle. We had been looking for over a week for something. We had stopped to eat dinner for the evening and started looking online at joyce buick and came across an 2005 Chevy Uplander. The pictures and descriptions where very good and we decided to stop and look at it on our way home. We stopped and looked at it and decided we would come out the very next morning to test drive it and look it over with the kids. We showed up at 9:30 in the morning to have a look. We got set up with Stacy Cigar as our sales lady. Stacy took us out to have a look at the van. We decided to take a test drive. Stacy sat in the back with my kids and started to talk about the vehicle and informed us what had been done with the vehicle. After Stacy was done explaining things with us she started up conversations with my kids making them feel important. Stacy was so helpful with making the whole buying process easy and quick for us. Stacy offered us refreshments and kept us informed on how long it would be for us to finish all the paperwork.
