Felt Very Welcome during my visit. At first I just called and talked to Patrick Horn on a Tuesday night about 1 hour before closing. Patrick was able to answer some questions I had on p At first I just called and talked to Patrick Horn on a Tuesday night about 1 hour before closing. Patrick was able to answer some questions I had on purchasing a Lease Vehicle. He then asked when I would have the time to come in and look at some vehicles that may fit my budget and would see what I liked. Set an appointment up for the next day at 10am. I showed up at the Dealership and Patrick actually meet me at the door as I walked in. He then asked me if I was able to look at any of the vehicles on the lot. I advised him my wife and I was there the night before and picked 2 of the vehicles. Patrick asked which vehicles we had chose then offered me something to drink as he went to pull the paperwork on both vehicles. I received a cup of coffee and then went back to his desk to start the process. Patrick then plugged in the numbers for both vehicles and discounts. Showed me the numbers and then it was up to me if I wanted to proceed.I chose my vehicle, he got my financial information, submitted it, all went well there. Then he asked if 4pm would work for me to pick-up my vehicle so they could go over the vehicle and detail it. The time worked for me, I went back at 4, completed the paperwork and drove my new vehicle off the lot Very Thankful that I chose Joyce Buick of Mansfield as my Dealership for this purchase.
