Just ask for AMIR LAK when you get there! The BEST!! From the minute we stepped into the dealership, Amir took great care of us. He took his time and was patient. He answered all of our questions. first Adult car! we went to four dealerships and were on our way to a fifth when my girlfriend said to stop at future nissan. with my age, we didnt get a lot of custom we went to four dealerships and were on our way to a fifth when my girlfriend said to stop at future nissan. with my age, we didnt get a lot of customer service anywhere else. jose was awesome, made everything as quick as he could and was a really cool guy! me and my girlfriend were able to relax and eat our snacks from the vending machine while jose did everything he could. the 4/5 stars for price is because KBB valued my car at 1k under the sales price, but there was another associate who’s name i dont remember, a big guy in a cowboys jersey (EDIT: kenny!), who was also hilarious and a quick worker. he worked with me on the price and got it down into my payment range. from there we worked with mikki in his office, who kept working with us even when he was supposed to be on lunch. he walked us through the paperwork and gap insurance, and helped me find an affordable car insurance as well. in just a few hours i left with a new used car, way newer and nicer than i thought i could get and something i can afford. im extremely happy, thank you guys!
