Unfortunately, I had to move out of state for school and used a different Nissan dealer for service, Autonation Nissan. I must say that I am missing out on the exceptional level of customer service provided by this dealer and Jeff Jones. I had a question about the warranty I purchased on my vehicle in 2014 and Jeff provided all the details I needed, and more. He even answered my question about a specific repair and whether or not it would be covered in my warranty. I was happy with the purchase process the transmission went out on me at 50,000 miles on a brand new lease they replace the transmission I had a wonderful experience with the service department but when it came to my lease buyout they are absolutely the worst. I went to my credit union approved for my loan ask them to reach out to the dealership called the dealership got my loan pay off the dealership insist that I come in to finish the paperwork and refused to send it to me via email or fax. They’re playing sales games and I won’t play them I’ll bring the car back pay the fee for the miles that I went over and shout from the rooftops to anyone that will listen that they’re the worst. If you want a lemon and you want to be treated like crap buy here. I am currently in the hospital with a family member and there is NO GOOD REASON to have me come in person. Fax, email, mail and docusign are all available. The lease retention manager was the worst. More
