Later offers a new Murano on the lot. No pressure and offered a sit down fair deal from the desk manager. In finance with Jeffrey Unger clear cut paperwork and protection offers. Other salespeople at times offered assistance or conversation were pleasant too. More
Terrible service not once but twice. Called to speak to the service manager & was told he wasn’t in left him a message and have yet to hear back from him or anyone. The Service guy was nice.. the whole service team and sales team has changed since my last service. The paper work states the engine air filter failed yet was informed they did not change it. Would I recommend this service center., it is okay but nothing special. The bathrooms are needing some attention. There is no place to plug in and charge device. The outlets on the floor in the wholes are dirty.. The floors need a vacuum.. Maybe the cleaning staff are gone? I found it funny that I was sitting in the lobby of the dealership, yet the service tech called my cell rather then coming to me to discuss the service. The check out process changed and I had no idea where to pay. I have no idea if my car was kept clean or cleaned after the service. This was not a contactless encounter for the service tech touched and used my credit card. More
