Inconsistent after the sale Sales employees were okay. After the sale, two weeks later, I received a certified mail from this dealer regarding returning the car back to them, due Sales employees were okay. It was a lease, which Nissan had already approved, but they still send the letter. I called the dealer asking why did I received this, and they said it was auto generated and go ahead to ignore it. How can it be auto generated, when it was signed and dated by someone in their finance department. More

Excellent! Some of the best employees we have ever seen. We have a 2014 Sentra that had a bad CVT. I called Addison in service about it and he was very prompt about looking it up and finding it was covered u We have a 2014 Sentra that had a bad CVT. I called Addison in service about it and he was very prompt about looking it up and finding it was covered under the Nissan extended warranty. We were very happy to know that and he worked hard on it. We have a daughter leaving for college and needed the job done in a two week time frame, We heard there could be a delay in getting the new cvt. Addison and the service team were able to get the cvt in quickly and install it. We are very appreciative of the service team in place and Addison especially. Couldn't be happier! More
