Went in looking at a particular used vehicle. Once we decided we liked it I began discussing pricing. After being unable to reach a deal they tried briefly to talk me into something else. But they quickly realIzed I would not be persuaded. Despite not being able to reach a deal right away, I did not feel any high pressure sales job. I called back a day later and we were able to reach a deal. Then the same thing with the paperwork. They tried to sell me every warranty under the sun but respected my preference without high pressure tactics. In the end It was a good experience and my daughter is thrilled with her car. More

At my first scheduled oil change I drove up and was greeted by this guy who was totally professional and within the first couple of minutes talking to him I was smiling I relaxed this guy understood what I was saying and what is important to me , perfect guy for the job. In a time of automated systems for a supposed" efficient" service can never replace the human aspect. Justin was transparent, showed the report, took time to explain what I was looking at. My vehicle was ready in a timely manner. I waited and didn't mind at all. Thank you for a great experience, it is appreciated. More
