Was very hard for anyone to take responsibility for their part in any of the processes. Had some issues with due bills and the dealership decided my employer should be their contact and proceeded to contact part in any of the processes. The sales guy was nice enough but just that a sales guy didn't want to go out of his way at all. I had to pretty much ask and advocate for myself through the entire transaction. Wont be returning and will stick with Folsom Honda who we have had exceptional service and help at. More
