Robert assisted me with the purchase of our new family van. We were on a time constraint, and Robert went above and beyond to expedite the process, to include showing up early in the morning to facilitate van. Robert had my paperwork all but filled out and ready to sign. Never have I stepped foot in a dealership and purchased a vehicle in 2 hours total. Thanks to Robert’s willingness to do a lot of the front end work prior to our arrival, his hustling down the halls of the dealership gathering needed items, and arriving for his shift prior to his start time to accommodate me, I obtained my much needed family vehicle with time to spare! Can’t recommend Robert enough for your new vehicle needs. A friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth staff member who has a great work ethic and cares about his customers. Highly recommend Robert and the team at Future Honda, Citrus Heights. Also would like to thank Michael Esparza and Robert Clark for their excellent customer service and assistance in this process. Experience was top notch! Greg helped coordinate ordering of parts with the date to be serviced. I came from texas and I was with my Texas Honda dealership for a few years . Coming here I was so disappointed not friendly very blah and just not satisfied with anything they did for me besides my dealership for a few years . Coming here I was so disappointed not friendly very blah and just not satisfied with anything they did for me besides my $128 oil change on my 2017 Honda, I wish they would smile more and truly mean what they say when they offer prices my way! I bought a brand-new Honda Civic hatchback at the end of February 2022. I ordered four extra parts to put on my new car. One of the four parts had been on order before I bought the car. It has been close to February 2022. I ordered four extra parts to put on my new car. One of the four parts had been on order before I bought the car. It has been close to four months waiting for the parts to arrive and be installed. The other day I had two of the four parts installed on the car that third part needs to wait for the fourth part to be installed together. I am told the parts are on back order and the rate is a supply issue. That may be well and good, but I believe four months and waiting still longer is unacceptable. The dealership that I’m dealing with is doing the best I can to get my parts and install them. It seems to be a national supply problem mostly. More
