Your salesman is a manchild I came in looking to finance a 2014 Fiesta ST. My service so far had been great. The salesman who took me for a drive, Pete, was fantastic and really sold me the car. And then this incredibly disgusting, childish incident happened. I'm on my phone trying to call Folsom Ford. I click the call button for Folsom Ford that pops up on google and it connects me to the Roseville one. I explain to the salesman that I wasn't trying to call them, thank them for their time, tell them I'm not interested and actually SAY that so far their service had been better than at Folsom ford, and the call ends with a goodbye. Again, would still be a 5 star. About five minutes later, a salesman named Paul calls me from Roseville Ford and starts trying to get me into buying something again. I tell him I'm not interested and that I cannot afford it. He repeatedly asks which car I was looking at, so I say that I had just said it. I had told him three times what I was looking at. Then I tell him I am not interested, do not call me again. His response was "Hey, you don't have to be a dick.", then he hangs up. I call back and file a complaint with a Customer Service Mgr and I'm informed that if anything he'll just get a slap on the wrist and taken off the phones. I'll be elevating this to Ford Corporate if nothing is done. People in the position to manipulate others into deals they know will ruin their credit and finances should not be acting like a manchild. I don't care how much you want your commission. We'll see how long your "President award" lasts with behavior like this. More

A week goes by and I don't get any updates from him. The Sunday before my business trip to Boston, I text him asking for some pictures and an update on when the car will be through the shop. The following Tuesday I get a text from him that either the car goes to me or to the auction - when can I look at? I let him know that I'm in Boston and we can meet on Saturday. He texts "Yea of course. That definitely works". Everything is good to this point, we pick a time and I think we're all set. Again ask for more pics. Wednesday, 10am, another text "got busy will send, pics tomorrow. Six hours later, he tells me the cars been sold. What terrible customer service! No call back to let me know someone is interested. No first right of refusal. I could have had my wife and son, go over make sure everything was legit and we take the car home. I will not be going back to this dealership. More

More than once He went the extra mile and brought cars from partner lots to look at and drive. In this fashion, he helped to build my confidence and trust while enabling me to have precisely what I wanted. While at the dealership, I found the staff polite, knowledgeable and professional. At no point in time did I feel pressured to buy something I didn't want or for example feel committed to stay, as I left to grab food at one point then came back. After choosing a very specific car with unique options, working with both John and Robert, I found the pricing discussions to be courteous and respectful as we came to an aligned agreement. While in finance, the gentleman Winston clearly took time to explain each and every line, never rushing my decision. Everything in the contract was exactly what we had agreed upon. Furthermore, I had already spoken with my bank and everything was spot on. Honest, straightforward and friendly A+ customer experience. A few days later there was a slight snag in the plan due to a technicality but the guys at future ford swiftly eased any worries I had by giving clarity, keeping me informed and immediately resolving the issue which gave me a sense of their true integrity.
