Flat out lied to I recently visited Future Ford in the Roseville Automall looking for a 2018 Ford Explorer. I was planning on trading in my current vehicle. I have bou I recently visited Future Ford in the Roseville Automall looking for a 2018 Ford Explorer. I was planning on trading in my current vehicle. I have bought and sold many cars in the past and have never been lied to as much as I was at this dealership. I was pressured with the usual sales tactic of " "This deal is only good today. You MUST buy today because we won't be able to make this kind of deal tomorrow". Ya, right. I was kept waiting for hours while they did, not sure, maybe they were watching TV. I know the waiting game is to wear the customer down which makes them weak, leading to bad decisions and getting ripped off. I realized what they were doing, salesman was no where to be found, so I left.. I got about 6 minutes away and received a phone call from the salesman. He assured me they were ready for me to go into finance so to come back. When I said I wasn't coming back, the salesman got really animated and told me , and I quote, " Oh my gosh, I just found out that we just paid off your car !! You HAVE to come back because technically we own your car now! You have to come back, that's our car now. " Wait, What? You paid off my car? How exactly did that happen when this is at 8pm and I signed NOTHING except a credit application. Hmm, I guess because I am a 50 year old female I am also incredibly stupid. When I asked how exactly did that happen, he then told me that the First thing they have to do is pay off the trade-in before they can finish the deal. Another lie. As I informed him that I wasn't an idiot, he then became a jerk and hung up. Classic. Please beware of this shady dealership. More

This experience was by far the best experience that I have had in purchasing a vehicle at any dealership. My husband can be challenging to work with, but our sales person (Jordon) listened to what our exact needs were and was able to get us the perfect vehicle for our family. We researched several SUV's and visited several dealerships, and Future Ford was the best by far. They were friendly, knowledgeable and did not put unneeded pressure on us to make a decision. The staff was very kind and patient with our 2 1/2 year old who was up past her bedtime, and made the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Future Ford of Roseville and we plan on buying all our vehicles for our personal business from there as well. More
Bad bad service! Took our 2014 Ford Explorer in for a service bulletin item Ford sent us. The item was fixed but our check engine light was on, Ford charged $175 to pl Took our 2014 Ford Explorer in for a service bulletin item Ford sent us. The item was fixed but our check engine light was on, Ford charged $175 to plug in their code reader, they found purge valve was stuck & quoted $460 to fix this $50 part which takes 10 minutes to install. 50,000 miles on our Ford, one might expect a purge valve under warranty?!?! In addition to the initial $628 quote, they warned our battery terminal was corroded & encouraged it be cleaned. This is interesting because our battery is new & spotless. Obviously the service people cannot be trusted. After complaining of the cost/over charging the price was reduced to $325. We will not take our vehicle back to Future Ford Roseville. We are now in the market for a Toyota! More
Amazing experience with AJ and DJ at Roseville Future Ford! I have never been a big fan of car dealerships or the car shopping experience but we are expecting our first child in January and it was time to upgra I have never been a big fan of car dealerships or the car shopping experience but we are expecting our first child in January and it was time to upgrade from my 2006 Fusion to a small SUV (my "mom car"). I went in to Future Ford hoping to gather some info on my options and thought I was likely in for a long and stressful evening. To my surprise, the whole process went smoothly, quickly and I ended up walking out with a brand new Lincoln MKX for a great price! DJ, my salesman, was amazing - He was not pushy and was able to be extremely informative without overwhelming me with unnecessary information. He was genuinely interested in helping me find the car that was right for me, I didn't feel like he was trying to push me towards any particular car (I also looked at the Edge and Explorer) and I felt like I could take my time. When I fell in love with the Lincoln, he walked around the lot to see if there were any other cars I may want to test drive or any other colors I may want to consider before making my final decision (instead of pushing me into the office to sign the contract). DJ really went above and beyond! I met with AJ (Finance) next and had an equally awesome experience! AJ was able to answer all of our questions and explained things clearly and concisely, he really knew his stuff. I did not feel pressured by AJ to sign up for additional items I didn't feel like I needed which I very much appreciated. AJ really listened when we told him what we needed and he offered appropriate solutions to fit those needs, including getting our payment right where we wanted it! Overall, my experience at Future Ford was incredible because DJ and AJ were able to make the experience stress-free and easy. I LOVE my new Lincoln!!! More

How we might as well kick him in the head that he was giving us employee discounts.. I thought that was a very uncomfortable situation and almost caused me to leave without the purchase. But our sales man took good care of us and would have been unfair to him...I know the finance people push hard but its not necessary makes the process a poor experience. Have spoke to man people about this and we all say the same thing. Dealerships need to be more for the customer and not put you through all the hassle they do,,,Always a hard sale and when you leave you feel that you have been taken advantage of because of the Finance process... More

It is 45 miles one way to their place from my home. We went in last Sunday to look over the model we were interested in. In the end they told us we would need other court documents before we could finance. As I stated at the beginning of this review I had made it perfectly clear what the situation was and they still had us come down even though we were still waiting on one document from the court. We decided to still return there when we had the documents even though we had just wasted three hours of our time. Surprisingly the salesperson called us yesterday to tell us they were able to find us good financing even though we were waiting on paperwork. We spent most of the day there yesterday and left with the new car we were looking for. Once we arrived home I was reading the owners manual only to discover the vehicle could not be used for the specific reason we purchased it for. This is after two salepeople and a finance person all told us it would work. When I contacted them about this issue they told me that their main concern is to make us happy and to return to the dealership today so we could rectify the situation. Once we arrived they told us that they could not find us financing and that they were going to cancel the sale and return our trade to us. To top it all off they said they only had one of the keys claiming that we only gave them one. So here we are without the car we were looking for and down to one key that incidentally costs $140 to replace because it is an integrated fob and key. They did really care about this whole thing. If you go there then shame on you. More

Really respected us as being informed about car buying, and did not try to pull the wool over our eyes. Was able to finalize everything online before going to the dealer where all we had to do was sign official documents and allow dealship to verify statement made online. Made the 1 1/2 hour drive worth the time and savings. More
