If you decide not to buy, hey, they still make you feel good about visiting their showroom. We did decide to buy, but the salesperson, is the one that did the job. He was courteous, enlightened to our needs, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. when we get ready for another new car, we will come back to see Danny Prestriedge We bought a beautiful Lincoln! More

I first walked in to purchase a certified used F-150, and they convinced me into accepting a loan for a $20000 truck at $40000 after all the signing was completed. Although that may by itself seem shady, there’s more to it! Shortly after obtaining the truck, I took it to a third party to verify the dealership’s certification of it being ready to sell. Most everything checked out, except the rear driver’s side wheel was fused to the axle with rust and could not be removed without taking it back to the dealer and having them perform their work on it. Just how is a truck able to be certified with a wheel fused to the axle, when they are supposed to be removed for a brake inspection?! Frustrating. Also, there were chrome-colored hubcaps on two wheels, while the other two were ford oem wheels, one missing the lug cap. Minor, I thought. When I brought these two concerns to the dealer, they quickly acted to perform an additional safety check on the vehicle as well as taking the chrome-colored caps off and revealing that underneath were the ford oem wheels that were scuffed and did not perform anything more. They sent me on my way. Forward a couple more months, and I received an unsolicited phone call from them from a sales guy - Jared. I explained to him that I only had the truck for 3 months and had some issues with the dealership’s initial certification, and he gave me the rise that if I could meet with him the next morning that he could satisfy me with an offer that I could not refuse. A brand new truck with more features for the same monthly payment of what I had! Unbelievable, I scoffed, but to appease him and to give him the opportunity to resolve all of my previous concerns with the dealership, I promised to meet the next day. I went in and explained my appointment with Jared, but he was not able to see me immediately, so Rudy began to take a stroll around the lot to find which truck matched my demands that Jared spoke briefly about and we found the exact specifications matching one on a lot. He had me fill a credit application and asked if we would have a deal if the monthly payment would be the same as my old truck, and then disappeared for some time before coming back and apologized that it wouldn’t be able to happen. I figured as much, and was going to let sleeping dogs lie; just figuring salesmen were doing their job to try and move inventory, albeit very early in the stage of me owning my “certified” used vehicle. This whole time I was under the impression that something of communication within the dealership was said to have my truck be more of an exchange as opposed to a trade-in by the wording Jared told me over the phone-to keep me a happy Future Ford Customer. The journey doesn’t finish there. Jason Diaz, another sales rep, sends me an e-mail a very short while later and insists that although it could not be done at the same payment, that I would be approved and able to trade in my truck for the same one I saw on the lot for just $130 more per month, a small difference in monthly payment to get me into a brand new truck with more features. So, again, I un-equipped my truck from all the things I need to run my business, figuring all is set up for this change of vehicles. I head down, and he has me fill out ANOTHER credit application, so I’m my mind suspicion arises, and I end up spending hours yet again, waiting. After several hours he comes out, explains he’s not giving up on it and assured me he will get it handled the next day. I kept in touch with phone calls and text messages, and it wasn’t until 8 days later, after I spoke with his supervisor, that he expressed it would be a “miracle” for me to be approved, and that it was out of his hands. In short, this company is not focused on customer experience, fairness to the customer, or ethical service or business practices. My advice is to STAY FAR AWAY, as their business model is not in the consumer’s interest. More
Save your time and don't go here The sales staff is amazing very helpful and very loyal, on the other hand finance is a freaking joke. They tell you one thing and do another, totally The sales staff is amazing very helpful and very loyal, on the other hand finance is a freaking joke. They tell you one thing and do another, totally missleading and a waste of my time. I've gone there on three separate occasions and for the same vehicle was told three different things. Save you time and money and do not go to these bloodsucking leeches. I have done many years of business with them and bought and traded several cars with this place. My whole family as well. You would think they would want to work with the customer to make some sort of deal other than their $10 an hour minimum wage but unfortunately that is not the case. They claim to be a friendly dealership and I think out of everyone I've been to in Roseville Citrus Heights and surrounding cities this is the most unfriendly. I feel like they can lie so good and so easily like it's a second nature over there, my family, friends, and I will never do business with them again. I hope the word gets spread. All the people there can take it deep! More
Paid for Premium Service plan - doesn't cover brakes I own a 2015 Ford F-150, I bought the premium service plan up to 100k miles (I think it was $3500). My brake rotors warped right around 40k miles. M I own a 2015 Ford F-150, I bought the premium service plan up to 100k miles (I think it was $3500). My brake rotors warped right around 40k miles. Most of my driving is highway driving, nothing crazy, and I don't slam on my brakes. When I took it in for an oil change at 42k I was told my brakes weren't worn enough for them to replace my rotors and that I could pay extra to replace them early, or I could drive the truck more and wear the brakes and it would be covered for free. Here I am 10k miles further at 52k and I am told by the dealer that my brakes are still not worn enough to warrant changing them for free under the service plan I have...My car violently shakes when I brake at highway speeds. It is ridiculous that they would say this is an acceptable behavior. My brakes still have 6mm of pad left on them, and it starts with 10mm. These are the original brakes - so that may show how aggressively I use the brakes...at my current rate they wouldn't change them under the 'premium service plan' until I hit 90k miles. So I am paying extra to have them turned now, ($163) otherwise I literally do not feel comfortable having other people drive my truck. I was told by the sales guy that I wouldn't have to pay for any maintenance when I bought the car...definitely a straight lie. I was also told that the Xylon coating they applied would have a 5 year warranty, and that if dirt doesn't come off with a light hose they would reapply it. Unfortunately that too was also a lie. I would not have paid $700 for a coating to be put on my truck that is basically like a wax and clearly doesn't work like they said even 6 months after purchase and isn't backed by the dealership. Highly disappointed. I hate having to write reviews like this and love my truck, I just wish the dealership followed through on their promises. And don't want others to fall into the same trap that I did. Jim the employee was fine, he was just following orders. More
This dealership is taking advantage of women I shook my hand with the sales clerk who was marvelous. But financing went from agreed $470 per month for 72 months to $490 per month for 90 months. Caused a lot of anxiety but Winston Hart - Finance Manager fixed the issue and apologized for the letter being sent out without his knowledge. I was happy to hear that everything was OK but I blame the dealer owners who have set up this system in which these kind of mistakes can happen. It seems that if the person who filled out the letter simply picked up the phone and verified this issue these kinds of mistakes would not happen. It is ironic that auto dealers spend so much effort to underscore what great service they offer and then they do dumb things like telling a customer to "bring the car back - whoops, never mind, your fine, sorry" Really? Winston and Jason Marco are good at their jobs - highly recommend these guys. More

Travis put me with the Perfect choice to help me select a new vehicle: Bruce Niederberger, Turned out to be a demo 2017 Continential with less than 5K miles on it. After asking allot of questions, and getting them all answered to my satisfaction, Bruce turned me over to the Financial Service Advisor, Meysam Salehi. This is usually the part I dread, where you are pressured to purchase extended warranties, additional services, and other things I don’t want. I was pleasantly surprised to see no pressure, just information. He made the process simple. With what the Dealirship offered, I decided to purchase the car instead. Bruce had the vehicle detailed, gassed, and ready to show me all of its features and help me make initial selections of its features. Stellar dealer, and personal experience! More
