They wanted to charge me $4200 for unnecessary repairs they cooked up. They damaged the top of my RV, left, wide, open cracks where the roof meets the back wall of the RV. Not sure if the idiot performing the service lifted it too high or somebody backed into something with the passenger side, rear of the RV and caused the damage. They are genuinely horrible service center for your vehicles. This just happened last week. My RV was literally perfect. Aside from the parking brakes needing adjustment. Bumper-to-bumper, it was spotless. Mechanically it was as close to flawless as it gets. What a bunch of effin idiots. Seriously, steer clear. More

I buy a LOT of cars. I do not keep them long and Josh was far and above the best fit for me as a salesperson and this experience was OUTSTANDING. He listened, followed up even after the sale and was willing to let me go if the fit wasn’t right. He did research and worked with the dealership folks to find me the best option as well as financing. . He was so nice and really took the time with me to be sure I was getting a car I want. We took the time to go to the other location to see if they had the right options. Josh is awesome! He's friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful every step of the process, great communication, answered all my questions and truly made the car buying experience fun, efficient, easy, and hassle-free. Great customer service experience overall & I felt they truly cared for as a customer! I got a good deal on the trade-in and my new car. If you want to buy a car, I highly recommend Josh Meyer at Future Ford in Roseville More

They will all but guarantee you a vehicle for a WEEK and then sell it to their sister dealers manager just to slap you in the face. Salesmen have NO clue what is going on or what they are doing and just bull xxxx you through every day wasting your time and money. Adrian and Jacob both BLATANTLY lied to us on numerous occasions (when they could be bothered to pick up the phone). We were told multiple different stories on why we could not purchase a vehicle then when it came down to us pushing harder, another story would arise. Turns out, behind the scenes, it’s the head honchos scratching each others backs while they screw over the customers. Absolute terrible salesmen and terrible humans. We wasted time and money to come see a vehicle to be lied to and played by the good old boy system. Christian, the sales manager, will say yeah man sorry my salesmen lied I’ll talk to them about that. There is your resolution. Will never ever ever step foot on a Future dealership’s lot again. They are deceitful and conniving and do not deserve your money or business. Oh, and, check your mirrors when you buy a car because salesmen showing vehicles will run into parked cars in the parking lot and act like it never happened. 🙃 More

I arrive and deal was not for awd at all and now its a negotiation. Bought 2 cars from this dealership and recommended to so many but not anymore. Dealership should honor the deal for a AWD that I was CLEARLY stated multiple times to DJ. No more recommendations coming from me. My time and gas wasted. Oh and the ONLY times available on his calendar per DJ were Monday. Mon is his day off. He sets up a lie and then lets others to take care of it. Dealership wont honor deal poor practice they lost a customer and many more word of mouth is powerful. Honesty not in DJ character. More

To be honest I doubt I'll ever buy a ford again given how horrible the service is. Too bad; nice truck but I need reliable service. More

The sales department will show you items for your car and then the service department has issues getting it done and I started taking three days. It takes a week to get anything done and then they will give you a hassle, when it comes time to pick it up, I was told to never contact the service department again. Great way of doing business. I will never buy another vehicle from them again I’ve never recommend anybody buying anything from them. More
Bought a used Expedition in November from Future For and when it was delivered it had a crack in the wind screen-informed the sales person, Joe and expected a response. Needed a new wind screen as the crack when it was delivered it had a crack in the wind screen-informed the sales person, Joe and expected a response. Needed a new wind screen as the crack was deep and cracked in multiple branches (was on passenger side so did not impact driving). Have messages from Joe saying we will be contacted by Karl- never heard from him. Was reassured we would but they were busy. We were extremely ill during December (RSV) and shortly after we got Covid. Last thing on my mind was the windscreen. It was still on the passenger side. It didn’t become an issue until February when bad weather hit. It now has spread to the drivers side and safety is an issue. Contacted Joe who said he thought it was repaired I responded nope! 12 days later no response. Spoke to Bob Roberts today who wasn’t helpful at all and was dismissive. I just want the wind screen replacing as was reassured would happen. I am not able to visit the store as I live over 2 hours away. Left messages with the ‘director’, Brian who does not respond. Love your mission statement, but honestly I have not had a great customer experience, I will not buy from Future Ford again (currently shopping for a Bronco for my daughter and planning on getting an electric truck), so you don’t have a life time customer!! I am not a pushy person and suffer from anxiety so did not push the repair until now- I expected Future Ford to reach out to get the repair done. Life is busy and I don’t have the time to be chasing up every issue when really the responsibility is Future Fords. Spoke to another unhelpful sales manager today, who kept trying to pass the blame onto me but admitted no one had reached out to me!! I read lots of reviews that echo my thoughts that Future Ford don’t follow through on repairs or promises. The sales director doesn’t respond to calls and couldn’t be bothered to call me back. Think this issue needs to be addressed rather than ignored. I will keep on and will put appropriate reviews wherever possible. Potential customers need to know. I just need my windscreen taking care of, as was promised when I bought it. I DO NOT RECCOMEND More
This Dealership is fraudulent, immoral and their basically thieves. My son went alone (bad mistake) to purchase his first vehicle on his own. He was given the "financial" beat down by the Finance De basically thieves. My son went alone (bad mistake) to purchase his first vehicle on his own. He was given the "financial" beat down by the Finance Department and then "kicked" after he was down. Legal? unfortunately yes but moral, professional, honest business practice? NO! He signed so it's done however, the vehicle (2019 Mustang GT) is a complete pile of s**t. Hasn't run properly since my son purchased it and been in the shop for warranty work on several occasions. He is on the hook for $1000.00 monthly for basically a paper weight. I have a twenty year old Briggs & Stratton minibike that runs better that the Mustang. Same problem every time, run around and lies from the shop. The shop personnel claim it's fixed yet the same recurring problem every time. They appear to be attempting to "run out the clock" on the warranty. Upon this latest return to the shop the General Sales Manager stated in my and my sons presence, "we can get him in a newer model with better terms considering what he has been through". LIE, they attempted to scam my son into a new contract, get his current vehicle basically free (the salesman told me that the shop would fix it up and they would just resale it) plus want my son to come up with additional cash all after swindling him in the first place and he still is on the hook for a vehicle that doesn't run. This time Dad along with legal advice is involved. To be fair, I have given this Dealership one chance to correct this situation. They failed, it's up to them now. Play ball and we can still keep it civil and between us, if not, it's going to the next level. More
