I live in NH and its been a struggle getting the paperwork delivered so I could register my car. Also, they cannot issue extensions of temporary plates so if the paperwork arrives late, you are stuck with an unregistered car. Just be forwarned. The overall sales experience was excellent. My car was released with an electrical short that required 2 trips but is now fixed. Title was a different issue, I kept getting different answers (e.g. "it will be there Friday" and nothing arrived). I was concerned as my temporary was expiring Thursday and I had a long road trip on Friday. David Lopes, sales person tried to help but in the end it was easier to deal with Kristine directly (she does the paperwork). Kristine is AWESOME.. uber helpful and proactive and I'm hoping the paperwork arrives tomorrow and I can register my car on the day the temporary expires and cancel the rental cars that I had booked. What was a bad situation, she turned into a positive so I felt she deserved this review. She was on the ball, she understood my concerns about not being able to drive the car and she was proactive about communicating status. I just got my UPS tracking number so I know its on its way.
