Everyone needs to feel they are getting a good deal and if you feel like it that you are not getting a good deal you don't buy it, so that's why no one say yes I had a bad deal but I still bought it. I will rather pay extra $1000 more down and pay extra $100 more on my lease to get treated nice. People if you want better price go see Scott and Michael. Great First Time Buying Experience Just bought my first car here and it couldn't have been a more pleasurable experience. My mom and I showed up right after they opened knowing we wante Just bought my first car here and it couldn't have been a more pleasurable experience. My mom and I showed up right after they opened knowing we wanted to look at the Fiat 500x Easy. I recently looked at this car at a dealership in Ithaca where the sticker price was $20,999. As I looked online, all other Fiat 500x Easy's were over $25000 in the NY/NJ area except for at Fullerton where there was one listed for 21,500. When we got to the dealership, the people were so kind to us. They knew we were also looking at other cars at other dealerships and didn't try to upright push any car onto us (they were so genuine and answered all our questions). Our dealer gave us the keys immediately so we could test drive it. The car we looked at was similar to the one we saw in Ithaca so we were wondering why there was a difference in price. After studying the two cars, it turns out the MSRP of the car at Fullerton was over $2000 more than the one in Ithaca - it had back up cameras, beats audio, blind spot censors, and more that the other car did not. We knew then that this was the car I wanted and all other dealerships were priced much higher. Overall, the service was excellent. Like I said before they were so genuine- they were just as kind/friendly/helpful to us before as when we actually started the process of buying the car there. (This is compared to some other dealerships we went to that didn't even care to talk to us or weren't very interested in our concerns until they realized we were serious about buying that day). We spent all day at the Fullerton Fiat dealership and let me tell you they really made us feel like family. They made the experience of buying my first car truly a memorable one. More
