I recently had my car serviced at this dealership. Overall, the service quality was good, and the staff was friendly and communicative, resolving the issue with my vehicle effectively. However, I did encounter a delay in service completion. I was initially informed to drop off my car at 9:45 AM and was told I could pick it up by the end of the day. Unfortunately, I had to wait until the following day, after 11:00 AM, to retrieve my car. This caused some inconvenience as I had to adjust my schedule due to the lack of a vehicle. Despite this, the staff remained courteous and professional throughout, and I appreciate their efforts. More

I've been here before and the experience hasn't been good. This time, however, it was pretty good. My service contact, Edward, was articulate and set reasonable expectations up front.
