Repaired my emissions system, needed to pass smog for registration. After repairs, the vehicle still failed. Staff was friendly and quick to respond during buying process but now that I have the car they are far less responsive to any queries I have about the car. After these issues I wanted to cancel the vehicle service contract and was told I would be stuck with a higher interest rate for cancelling the add-ons. I don’t feel like my best interests were put forward. Don’t buy a non-Ford vehicle from this dealership. More
