Repaired my emissions system, needed to pass smog for registration. After repairs, the vehicle still failed. Service double checked (found no problems) then explained hard errors and how to reset by dr registration. After repairs, the vehicle still failed. Staff was friendly and quick to respond during buying process but now that I have the car they are far less responsive to any queries I have about the car. After these issues I wanted to cancel the vehicle service contract and was told I would be stuck with a higher interest rate for cancelling the add-ons. I don’t feel like my best interests were put forward. Don’t buy a non-Ford vehicle from this dealership. More
