AVOID AT ALL COSTS, especially for online orders of the Mach E. They are nothing but corrupt, shady, deceptive, liars. They will let you place a custom order online, wait 9 months for it to deliver, th Mach E. They are nothing but corrupt, shady, deceptive, liars. They will let you place a custom order online, wait 9 months for it to deliver, then surprise you with a last second 17% price hike, lie to you about the sales manager being out of the office so he can't talk to you, agree to have senior management call you in a couple days to "work something out", then quietly sell your car to someone else the next day before that call happens, blame you for it, and then forget to refund your $500 deposit. Yes, this all actually happened to me, and I'm not the only one. The showroom is a dank, mostly empty mess with salesmen sitting at their desks watching YouTube videos on their phone on full volume. Stay far, far away from these weird grifters. More

Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever been to. I made an appointment to look at a used car. The dealership doesn’t contact you back and they are extremely unorganized and lazy. The employees are never on the same page, and always have wrong information regarding the inventory. It’s almost embarrassing how unorganized and unprofessional this dealership has been.
