1. What I was told "would" happen for my trade-in during a text back-and-forth did not happen when I arrived at the dealer. It's been 2 weeks and nobody has returned my calls. 3. I was sold a vehicle with no floor mats. When I tried to address this, I was told (to paraphrase), "we didn't get it with floor mats." What a ridiculous statement. You shouldn't sell any car without the basic necessities of a vehicle. I asked for a manager to follow up to discuss this, and I have yet to get a call back. All in all, the vehicle sold had value, but the service and process was not a good experience. There's little attention to detail. More
