I really appreciated the time and effort Ivan and Sonia put into assisting me. They contacted me after I inquired about a Maverick that was in transit to Frontier Ford. Mike did an exceptional job but had to wait a bit for parts. Looked at the molding that was replaced this morning and noticed it is already detaching from the window. Also, just had a couple more warnings pop up on the screen to have serviced, just after it was serviced. So far school is out on this explorer, which is too bad since it probably our 5th one. We also have a fleet of around 20 ford trucks that are doing ok, but were very disappointed in what the extended warranties actually cover. More
