Dont waste your time and your money. In this place they just over charge and even they charge you for the things they never done. They have service my 2012 Edge and told them the roof also does not work sometimes. They called and told me they fixed the roof just by doing the initialization. I even did not asked them to fix it. The mechanic even did not find out the two big pieces of the roof was missing which I told them it was in the trunk. And they are still there. When I picked up the car there were $200 charge for the roof. I paid and I thought they have it fixed. Now the roof does not close. And I had to push it by hand. I emailed the manager Manny Reyes and called him more than 5 times in 4 days. No response or reply at all. I have called the service department over 8 times and they told me they will get back to me. But still waiting. I will have some picture for the prove also which I will submit. Amir is another manager who i tried to tal to and unfortunately no response or reply. My suggestions is dont wast time and your money the job they do is 10 times more expensive than local mechanics and they dont do good job. They are just about money. More

I found the 2013 Yes 5 stars without a doubt! I went in to both look for a vehicle and see about making a good deal with relatively specific terms. I found the 2013 Ford Explorer Limited that I wanted. Then I was fortunate enough to be greeted by Dale Kryst - a very patient and honest guy. I told him exactly what my situation was and what I wanted. He listened, took notes and took his notes to his salesmanager Joey Goulart. Joey went to work with Ford to work to get me what I was looking for. Following, he came out to greet me, explained the details and worked to get me alternative "numbers." All of this happened within 15 to 20 minutes - very quickly. Ultimately, after very good service, good and honest attention to what I needed we came to a deal. A good deal for me and I think (hope) for them too. So why 5 stars? Because unbeknownst to them, I work with auto dealers around the country helping them and coaching them on sales process and customer retention. These guys at Frontier Ford - specifically Dale & Joey do it exactly right. My recommendation to you is that you go in there with an honest and reasonable desire to get the vehicle that you want and let the staff and Joey help you. You won't be disappointed. Yes they get 5 stars and I can't wait to get their Ford surveys to tell Ford the same thing about them. Thank you Dale! Thank you Joey. More
