Our salesman, Shawn was dishonest. We went in with a pre-approval from our own credit union because we had a lower APR with them. He failed to tell us that our CU did not partner with We went in with a pre-approval from our own credit union because we had a lower APR with them. He failed to tell us that our CU did not partner with them. Instead he promised that he would only be running our info through our CU. We trusted him. When the finance manager came out to do our paperwork, he told us our loan was through yolo federal which we did NOT want. We were promised we were going through Travis CU. Shawn ran our credit without our consent. The finance manager was apologetic and reached out to his sales manager with our frustrations. The sales manager was rude and unhelpful. I will be telling everyone who's interested in buying a car go not buy from Frontier. Of all the cars I've purchased from many different dealers, this was the most unpleasant experience. More
