Service Manager was very responsive and helpful. I took my truck to Ford for many reasons. I know can change my own oil and rotate my tire myself for about $175. I have gone to other for just about the s my truck to Ford for many reasons. I know can change my own oil and rotate my tire myself for about $175. I have gone to other for just about the same. I chose Frontier Ford so I could get what I can't do myself or trust with others the "World Class Multi-Point Inspection". My wheels never got rotated didn't have the key. Air pressure was not checked, same as they were when I went in. Now, my AC has stopped working... How do we get this right? More

We are happy with the vehicle we purchased and with our sales guy Rabeet. However, Viktor in financing was extremely rude, He spoke so fast that we repeatedly had to ask him to slow down and then he got ma sales guy Rabeet. However, Viktor in financing was extremely rude, He spoke so fast that we repeatedly had to ask him to slow down and then he got mad when we wanted to read a paper before we signed it. He did the hard sell on the extended warranty and other extras, and said we didn't have a choice on buying the extra Zaktek for the interior and exterior because it was already done. I won't be back when it's time to purchase a new vehicle. More
