AVOID AT ALL COSTS, especially for online orders of the Mach E. They are nothing but corrupt, shady, deceptive, liars. They will let you place a custom order online, wait 9 months for it to deliver, then surprise you with a last second 17% price hike, lie to you about the sales manager being out of the office so he can't talk to you, agree to have senior management call you in a couple days to "work something out", then quietly sell your car to someone else the next day before that call happens, blame you for it, and then forget to refund your $500 deposit. Yes, this all actually happened to me, and I'm not the only one. The showroom is a dank, mostly empty mess with salesmen sitting at their desks watching YouTube videos on their phone on full volume. Stay far, far away from these weird grifters. More

Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever been to. I made an appointment to look at a used car. The dealership doesn’t contact you back and they are extremely unorganized and lazy. The employees are never on the same page, and always have wrong information regarding the inventory. It’s almost embarrassing how unorganized and unprofessional this dealership has been. They treated a potential customer very poorly in person as well as over the phone. Don’t waste your time like I did, because this dealership obviously doesn’t care about how they treat customers. If I could give a 0 I would. This company never told me about the new point system on repairs and maintenance. I had to find it online myself. NEXT. They offered a $6500 estimate for repairs. I checked with another dealership who will do the same repair for a little less than $1500. When I told them this, I was accused of not understanding the repair and must be mistaken. When I said this is from someone, a relation, with 35 years experience, it was said that was too good to be true - the tone was condescending and rude. When I said I wouldn't be coming back and asked for my total. It was $250 more. they said this was the fee to look at the problem - but it isn't on the online statement. Just this guy behind the counter. I then just asked for the total with my discounts so I could be prepared. I had to ask 4 times and the guy kept talking over me. I raised my voice and he still refused and said it was stated while I was "being emotional" and screaming at him. Stay away from a shop that disrespects women and then blames their frustrations on being a woman. More
