1. What I was told "would" happen for my trade-in during a text back-and-forth did not happen when I arrived at the dealer. It took 6.5 hours to negotiate and come to a conclusion that was even in the realm of what I was promised in writing. 2. I received a key fob that was taped together. I was promised a new fob. It's been 2 weeks and nobody has returned my calls. 3. I was sold a vehicle with no floor mats. When I tried to address this, I was told (to paraphrase), "we didn't get it with floor mats." What a ridiculous statement. You shouldn't sell any car without the basic necessities of a vehicle. I asked for a manager to follow up to discuss this, and I have yet to get a call back. All in all, the vehicle sold had value, but the service and process was not a good experience. There's little attention to detail. More
I have taken our 2019 Ford Expedition truck down to Frontier ford a couple of times and each time it has been a very poor experience. One time i brought it in for an A/c gas leak repair and I was told Frontier ford a couple of times and each time it has been a very poor experience. One time i brought it in for an A/c gas leak repair and I was told they fixed it but it leaked agsin within a month and now they refuse to cover under warranty, I feel they may not even have diagnosed the matter and just recharged the gas and given it back to me. The fan to the rear makes a loud noise on max and I was told that is normal. The transmission needed a diagnostics and they kept the vehicle for over two weeks and asked me to pick it up after two weeks saying that it would take as much as three months to run diagnostics and repair. One another occasion the keys to the truck were "lost" and I waited over an hour for someone to recover the keys from a technician who had walked off with the keys. Very unfortunate. More
It is not often that my wife and I purchase a new car. Alex (the sales representative) was truly outstanding in his patience and understanding of all the questions, etc., that we had regarding the Ford E Alex (the sales representative) was truly outstanding in his patience and understanding of all the questions, etc., that we had regarding the Ford Edge, that we ultimately purchased. We have purchases Ford's all the way back to 1972...4 trucks and one passenger vehicle. This last experience was handled in a most professional manner. More
