Then when my ZakTek service was completed, he found me in the customer waiting room to tell me that the service folks did not find anything wrong during the routine maintenance checks. I always take my Fords to dealership for service, for over 20 years. This was the last time. It is too overpriced for an average service. Communication was delayed, I had to call several times about the over 20 years. This was the last time. It is too overpriced for an average service. Communication was delayed, I had to call several times about the status as the parts were delayed and it took 3 days. I never received the link for the Lyft ride, so I booked it myself. Long story short - I don't think I have much trust left so for an average service I'd rather go to a regular shop. Sorry it came to it. More
