Not managed correctly. Vehicle not completed as told. Took an extra two hours longer. Vehicle was scheduled for a ZakTek maintenance interior and exterior, recall, oil chan Vehicle not completed as told. Took an extra two hours longer. Vehicle was scheduled for a ZakTek maintenance interior and exterior, recall, oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle brought in at 9:15, with a scheduled appointment set for 9:30. I was told it would be done between 3 and 3:30. I came in about 3 and was informed they are just starting the ZakTek service. I was not notified the service time will be delayed. Poor communication. I am thinking of a breakdown in communication within the service department from various departments of repairs, maintenance and detail. It makes me wonder as a customer if everything was completed and what the quality of work was completed. More
