I do want to say that we received outstanding service when we were purchasing out Mach-E and would certainly recommend Frontier Ford for that. I do hope though that Frontier Ford can improve their service department scheduling/keeping the customer informed. The customer shouldn't have to come back after the estimated time to remind them that they should start working on their car without them informing the customer that there is a delay.
