Had to wait 45 minutes to check into a booked appointment. Never received a call that service was completed. From beginning to today, I regret my purchase. I have spent more time sitting in the dealership than I have in the vehicle at this point. 216 mile and it threw wheel sensor faults. Sitting in this dump again waiting 4 hours for the service to be completed. Credit was run without my knowledge or permission. xxxxed up my credit score with a hard pull. Just a xxxxty sales training and the sales person who wasn't a sales person. No support on the backend. After the sale, they don't care. Bonnie tried but she is only one person amongst men. Being a woman and buying a vehicle is difficult enough but not having the back end support just gives the brand a black eye. I don't know how to even use basic functions on this vehicle. Take the time and work with buyers BEFORE AND AFTER the sale. I have driven and owned a Ford my entire life and by far this has been the absolute worst buying experience I have had. Beginning to end, not happy with the amount of money I dumped into this vehicle. More
