The technician who worked on my car prior to this appointment (not Frank) lost my wheel lock key. We had to pay $110 for another one. That's not fair. This dealership uses CarGurus as a lead gen mechanism to get customers in the door and the dealership permits this, and pays for this. I got an email from CarGurus that reads "Your Frontier Ford Offer for get customers in the door and the dealership permits this, and pays for this. I got an email from CarGurus that reads "Your Frontier Ford Offer for your car is $(X)" so I clicked on the link and scheduled an appointment at the dealer to make the sale. I went to the dealer and then they proposed $2,000 less than the offer, not disputing that the car is flawless, but rather that CarGurus price is fake. So this seems like a bait and switch process to get people into the dealer. Frontier Ford should stop using CarGurus as a marketing service if they aren't going to honor the offers that CarGurus is making on Frontier Ford's behalf. I turned them down and left with my car. I refuse to do business when the other party is deceptive. More
