Well, Dominic took care of me Nicely. I had an ISSUE with Frontier Ford back in 2019 or so when Mark Podesta was running the Show and I swore I'd "NEVER" Set foot on that property again. I've been a customer for almost 10 years. I've been happy with their service the whole time, until the time previous to my most recent service. Something changed at Frontier around that tim I've been happy with their service the whole time, until the time previous to my most recent service. Something changed at Frontier around that time. They were completely dis-organized. They kept my car for 5 or 6 days. That in itself may have be unavoidable, but not informing me what was going on and giving me the run around for days was unacceptable. I need my car, I can't go 6 days not knowing anything about its status. If I could call and find out, that would have been better, but all I got was run around. So why did I go back this time? For the simple reason that they have a valet service, I thought I would give them another chance. This time they seemed to have recovered. I'm not sure they are all the way back to their former customer service, but everything went fine. I did get the car back late. Not till 8:00PM, but better than 5 days late. Pricing seems to be back to normal as well. 20% more, but I guess that's inflation. I rated the communication from the service department (below) as good, but the communication from the scheduling department can use a lot of work (rating Poor). More
