Front Royal Ford - Service Center

I brought my 03 350 diesel to these jokers to have some normal maintence done. When I brought my truck to them it ran fine. ( I was having them put in shocks and change the oil). When I went to pick it up normal maintence done. When I brought my truck to them it ran fine. ( I was having them put in shocks and change the oil). When I went to pick it up it barely started and ran vary rough ? They told me it was air in the fuel line? Strange this never happened before ? Well I trusted them. They said the air would work out of the system and it would be fine? Well they were wrong. I had to bring it back and low and behold they had to reset it on the computer? Fine no big deal I brought them a perfectly running truck and they messed it up some how and now they have fixed it. Fine. No I was mistaken they want me to pay for them screwing up my truck! I discussed it with them and the service guy said he was told to charge me! I paid it as soon as possible to get away from these idiots. I get home and the first cold morning after bringing them my truck I go out to start it (it always always stated in cold weather for the past 8 years!) it will not start. It seems like they put glue in for oil? And it will not start. I plug it in (for the first time ever and had to wait 2 hrs to start it). This is nuts. So that leaves where I am now. I am stuck not bri g able to start the truck in anything close to cold (40 is too cold I have to plug it at 40!) If u value your truck/car don't bring it to these fools to service. When I get my truck fixed I will report back on exactly what they did wrong. Made me pay and did rotten work. STAY AWAY! More
