Just brought my new F-150 in for its first oil change. Ms. Fink is simply an outstanding employee and an asset to the dealership where she works. I cannot begin to tell you just how much I appreciate how attentive to detail, cheerful, and communicative she is to the dealership where she works. I cannot begin to tell you just how much I appreciate how attentive to detail, cheerful, and communicative she is. I unfortunately have had numerous problems (none of which were caused by her or the dealership) dealing with getting my vehicle fixed and Ms. Fink couldn't have been more diligent in keeping me informed, being my advocate to the insurance company, and representing the needs of the dealership all at the same time.
