I've had 2 service experiences with Front Royal Ford, and both have been excellent. I live 1/2 mile from Malloy Ford, and although Front Royal Is a lot further away, their service is better. While they did the basic services I asked for (inspection, oil change, tire balance and rotation), they had my truck from Sunday afternoon to Thursday and never called me to tell me anything.
