Customer service at its worst. Dropped our car off at the specified appointment time. Our service advisor seemed annoyed and was condescending from the start. Zero communication unless I called. Each time I called the service advisor was rude and just said "nothing yet" or "I said we would call you" (which they did not). No explanation, no conversation about what was happening, no understanding that we were without a vehicle for those two days. We had been here before and had great service (from another service advisor) but will not go back now due to this poor experience. Had a different advisor when we picked it up and he was great. More

Very disappointed in the customer service yet again from this Ford Dealership. When your car is being worked on due to mechanical issues and they have your car for more than 48 hours-in my case it was 30 da this Ford Dealership. When your car is being worked on due to mechanical issues and they have your car for more than 48 hours-in my case it was 30 days (this time around) it is not unreasonable to expect a loaner car that’s similar to what you drive. I was basically told I could take the Ford Focus loaner or go rent a car. (I drive an SUV due to size and needs of my family) I also believe that asking for the dealership to keep You updated on the progress of your car is not unrealistic. I feel like I shouldn’t have to call every week and ask. They should have follow up. I just feel that we were not treated as a true customer just a client with a problem. I purchased the car brand new from the dealership along with the warranty and have also been there for all scheduled maintenance so I was dissatisfied with the way we were treated. I also asked multiple times for the manager to follow up and reach out to me and I still haven’t gotten a call (and I picked my car up 2 weeks ago). Definitely need at consider their customers and their needs and work on their customer service! More
