Sent the vehicle in for a recall notice on the vehicle. The recall work was not performed, they just replaced the rear brakes. Then a week later sent me an email in collaboration with Carfax to let me know there was that same recall on my van that I sent it in for. My guy was unable to work for 3 days waiting on repairs to his van and now it shakes every time he goes over 65 mph because Ford failed to replace the thing it was sent in for. Pretty disappointed in this service as you have been really through and on top of things in the past. More

Another review reflects our exact experience. We were given an appointment time and dropped our vehicle off, but because we live further away, we stayed near the dealership waiting. We were not updated throughout the day, were treated like we were a bother both times we called for info, and were lied to because the person who was going to look at our vehicle wasn't even present that day. They would tell us they were waiting for a report from a person they knew wasn't even there. We were spoke to in a condescending manner by John, who acted like we were unreasonable for expecting an update over 5 hours after our appointment time. The next day, over 24 hours after our initial appointment time, we had to call again for info. Before we left, in the presence of our 6 year old daughter, John was cussing an employee. The technician who looked at our vehicle was excellent, and had better customer service skills than those at the desk. Not to mention, our vehicle information had been saved under another individual's name and address and we had to correct it. More
The service writer John was very disrespectful to me an my wife. I had an 11:00 am appointment on Monday. I was jerked around all day on they were waiting for report back from the Technician. I drove by the dealership and observed my car hadn't been moved. I confronted them on this and was told just because I had an 11:00 am appointment that didn't mean anything. This was told to me by your service writer John at which time he disrespected my wife with giving her an attitude. I had to leave my car there overnight and come back the next day. The only reason I didn't give you one star was your transmission tech was very kind and very informative to me. That's the kind of customer service that people like not what your service writer John the type we recieved from him. He is irrganont and disrespectful I will never buy a vehicle from you or use your dealership ever again. Thank you and have a good day. The transmission tech rode with me so we could try to recreate the transmission shutter it had been doing it didn't. He was awesome don't remember his name. More
Went in and told it may be an hour wait before my car was even seen. (Early Saturday morning) Turns out the car was finished within 1.5 hours.
