Poor communication, questionable pricing negotiations, and they work hardest to nickel and dime you on fees: SHOP ELSEWHERE. I walked out on an agreed price for the vehicle because they were so rude. and they work hardest to nickel and dime you on fees: SHOP ELSEWHERE. I walked out on an agreed price for the vehicle because they were so rude. After trying to overcharge me for a spray-in Berliner and Ford accessories (more than I could order or purchase them myself) the “Sales Manager” stepped in to resolve a negotiation but did not introduce himself, was rude, and tried to take advantage that I had driven 2.5 hours to sign for the truck, check in hand. I initially worked with them over the phone and only came in to sign the paperwork. If I had initially experienced their customer service I never would have attempted to purchase from this dealership. More

I usually get really great service but, this time they couldn't figure out what was wrong. So, now I drive with a jump starter in my truck. It just doesn't want to start at times. I had a new battery put couldn't figure out what was wrong. So, now I drive with a jump starter in my truck. It just doesn't want to start at times.
